How long does it take to get my freeze dryer?
Currently the wait times vary. We tell everyone to expect 6-8 weeks for their order to arrive. Some orders ship sooner than the expected wait times. Some have taken longer than the 6-8 weeks. We hope you will be patient but please let us know if your curious and we will inquire about the order and get an estimated shipping date.

Where do I find my warranty information?
Cryonaut offers the Warranty for the freeze dryers. www.FreezeDryerShop.com UpsideDown Event Tents LLC does not offer ANY warranty for freeze dryers. We ask you to immediately fill out your warranty information ASAP upon arrival of your machine.

What happens if my freeze dryer is damaged in shipment?
When your order ships, we include an email that specifically discusses what to do if you recieve a damaged shipment. In this email we specifically state to look for obvious damage to the box or exterior of the freeze dryer packaging. If this packaging is damaged in such a way that you fear the internal freeze dryer has been damaged please DO NOT accept delivery of the freeze dryer and send back it back to Cryonaut. When you deny your order due to shipping damage please email us at: info@upsidedowntents.com
Let us know what happened so we can closely monitor the situation and work with Cryonaut to get you a new machine sent to you ASAP.
