Shipping Options


At
FreezeDryerShop, we’re committed to delivering industry-leading freeze dryers, accessories, and supplies securely and efficiently. We currently ship throughout the United States and Canada using trusted carriers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Shipping costs vary depending on item size, weight, and destination.


Shipping Zones & Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping is available only to the lower 48 U.S. states.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may incur additional shipping charges (Please reach out to us for an invoiced transaction to account for any added shipping costs).
  • Canadian customers must contact us directly at info@upsidedowntents.com to receive a custom invoice. Orders to Canada may include tariffs, duties, and additional shipping fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.


All shipping costs are calculated at checkout for U.S. orders unless otherwise specified.


Returns & Refunds


All sales are
final. In select approved cases, returns may be accepted with a 15% restocking fee. Eligible products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Used or damaged items will not be refunded.

To request a return, please contact us at info@upsidedowntents.com within 7 days of delivery. Return authorization is required before sending any product back.


Damaged or Lost Shipments


If your order arrives
damaged, refuse delivery and notify us immediately. If damage is discovered after delivery, please send:

  • Photos of the damaged packaging and product
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Your order number

Order Processing


Orders are typically processed within
5–7 business days, depending on product availability. Lead times vary by manufacturer and product type. For current lead times, please refer to the product listing or contact our team.


Payment Options


We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards
  • ACH Bank Transfers
  • PayPal
  • Cash (in-person or pre-arranged sales only)


All orders must be
paid in full before shipping. Production on custom products does not begin until payment is confirmed.

Please include your full name, phone number, email, and shipping address when contacting us. Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses may be delayed or declined for security reasons.
