At FreezeDryerShop.com, we are committed to offering only the highest-quality freeze dryers, accessories, and packaging solutions. While we strive for complete customer satisfaction, we understand that refund requests may occasionally arise. Please review our official policy below:
Custom Orders
All
custom products, including items that involve
graphic design, branding, or personalized configurations, are
non-refundable. These products are built or printed to your unique specifications and cannot be restocked or resold.
Standard (Non-Custom) Items
Refunds for non-custom items may be granted under the following conditions:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in original condition
- A refund request is made within 30 days of the purchase date
- All approved refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, both for the original order and return
We do not offer refunds on used equipment, consumable goods (like sealing film), or items returned without prior approval.

When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- The name associated with the order
- A brief explanation of your return request
Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been
received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the
original method of payment, minus the 15% restocking fee.
Return Shipping
Customers are
responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a
trackable shipping method and retaining your tracking number, as FreezeDryerShop is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.
