1. Accounts and Membership


To use the Website and Services provided by FreezeDryerShop, a DBA of UpsideDown Event Tents LLC, through www.FreezeDryerShop.com, you must be at least 16 years old. By accessing or using our Website and Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.


If you choose to create an account on www.FreezeDryerShop.com, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 2. Billing and Payments

This Billing and Payments policy applies to all retail purchases made through FreezeDryerShop, a DBA of UpsideDown Event Tents LLC, via our official website, www.FreezeDryerShop.com.

Payment Terms for Freeze Dryers & Accessories:

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all freeze dryers, sealing equipment, accessories, and supplies unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
  • All prices listed are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Applicable sales tax will be calculated during checkout and applied based on your shipping address in accordance with state regulations.


Down Payment Policy for Custom Tents & Marketing Materials:

  • A 10% down payment is required to initiate all custom tent and marketing material orders.
  • Work on any design or production will not begin until this down payment is received.


Graphic Design Services:

  • We offer complimentary graphic design services with the purchase of custom tents and marketing displays.
  • This includes two free major revisions. Additional major revisions beyond the first two may incur extra fees, which will be clearly communicated before any further work is performed.
  • Minor revisions (e.g., changes to colors, text, or layout adjustments) are included at no additional charge.


Payment Security:

  • All transactions are securely processed using SSL-encrypted technology and are PCI-compliant to ensure the protection of sensitive customer data.
  • Regular malware scans are conducted to maintain a secure shopping environment.


High-Risk Transactions:

  • If a transaction is flagged as high-risk, we may request additional verification including a valid government-issued ID and/or a recent bank statement matching the card used for purchase.
  • Orders flagged for security review will not be processed until verification is complete.


Order Adjustments & Cancellations:

  • FreezeDryerShop reserves the right to cancel or limit quantities on any order at our sole discretion. This may include orders placed under the same customer account, payment method, billing/shipping address, or other identifying information.
  • If any changes or cancellations occur, we will attempt to notify you using the email, phone number, or billing information provided during checkout.


Refunds & Returns:

  • Please refer to our Return Policy for details regarding cancellations, warranties, and refund eligibility for freeze dryers and accessories. Custom tents and marketing materials are non-returnable once production has started.

This Agreement, including its formation, interpretation, and enforcement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising out of or relating to this Agreement, your use of www.FreezeDryerShop.com, or any products or services sold under the FreezeDryerShop brand shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Idaho. By using our Website and Services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection based on venue or inconvenient forum.


You further agree to waive any right to a trial by jury in any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this Agreement.
